Returns
We fully believe that you will be completely satisfied with our products. However, in the event that you are not, kindly review our following policies.
If you would like to return an unused, unopened item, please do so within 3 business days of receipt. Proof of purchase must be included with the return. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after receipt and will be returned by the same manner in which payment was received.
All shipping and handling fees if applicable, are non-refundable. Any brokerage, customs and duties are also non-refundable and solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
Incorrect Items
If you have received an incorrect product, please save all contents and packing material and contact us within 3 business days to arrange for a correction of this error. Once we have been contacted we are happy to refund/replace any products that have been received in error, provided they are undamaged and have not been tampered with or used.
Order Cancellations
If an order is cancelled prior to shipping, a full refund will be processed within 3 business days minus a $5.00 administration fee.
Order Changes (Additions & Subtractions)
We ask that you completely review your order prior to submission to ensure that your order and your personal information are correct. Once an order has been processed we are unable to make changes and this includes adding any addition items. A new and separate order will have to be submitted if additional items are required. Should you no longer require an ordered item, please refer to the refund policy.

Pricing
In an event where pricing has been listed incorrectly for any reason, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not payment has been made on the product. If payment has been made, we will either cancel and refund the product purchased or contact you to collect any amount due.
Animal Testing
All of our ingredients and products are completely free of any animal testing.

Special Orders
Special orders are defined as Gift Baskets, Baby Shower favours, Bridal Shower favours, Wedding favours or any other item that is not considered standard inventory.
Special orders are not processed prior to full payment and all special order details must be signed off on prior to making the products. If you wish to cancel after these products have been finalized, due to their personalized nature, a full refund is regrettably not permitted and shipment, delivery or pick up will have to proceed as planned.

Taxes
Taxes will be calculated for the province of Ontario at 13% and no tax exemptions will be permitted.
