This massage oil consists of an infusion of herbs such as ashwagandha, roots such as ginger and essential oils such as cinnamon and lavender steeped in a base of sesame seed oil.  This particular blend of nourishing ingredients is ideal to ground and warm the Vata Dosha
 
USE:
For an Ayurvedic massage or Abhyanga, gently warm oil and apply to clean skin.
